Core service

AI agent development for businesses that don't have staff for it.

An AI agent reads a message or event, decides what to do with a fixed set of rules and tools, and either acts or hands off to you. Marvy Labs designs and prototypes agents scoped to one real use case at a time — not a general-purpose bot bolted onto your site.

Respond

Lead and support agents

Respond to inbound leads, qualify customers against your criteria, triage support requests, and draft follow-ups — with anything sensitive or high-value routed to you.

Prototype examples: sales agent, support agent, booking assistant.

Route

Workflow and CRM agents

Read incoming messages or form submissions, classify them, and update the tools you already use — a CRM, spreadsheet, ticket queue, or inbox — instead of leaving that work to you.

Prototype examples: CRM updater, inbox triage, ticket router.

Draft

Reply and follow-up agents

Draft replies, quote follow-ups, and status updates in your voice, queued for a quick approve-and-send instead of a blank page every time.

Prototype examples: quote follow-up agent, review reply queue.

How it's built

Prompts, tools, and a human fallback — not a black box.

Scope the use case

We map the trigger, the decision the agent needs to make, the tools it needs access to, and where a person has to stay in the loop.

Prototype it narrow

A free first prototype runs against a small set of real or sample inputs so you can see the agent's behavior before anything is wired into production systems.

Add guardrails

Rate limits, input caps, eval checks, and human approval steps get added wherever the use case calls for them — before, not after, paid implementation.

FAQ

Questions about AI agent development.

What is an AI agent, in practice?

A system that reads a message or event, decides what to do using a fixed set of rules and tools, and either acts or hands off to a person. Unlike a plain chatbot, an agent can look things up, fill in a CRM, draft a reply, or flag something for review.

Does the agent act on its own, or does a person approve things?

That's a design decision made per use case. Low-risk actions (drafting a reply, tagging a lead) can run automatically. Anything sensitive, high-value, or hard to reverse routes to a human for approval first.

What does a first agent prototype look like?

A narrow, working version scoped to one use case and a small set of sample inputs — enough to see how the agent behaves before any integration or paid build begins.

Can an agent connect to our existing tools?

Prototypes typically stay self-contained. Paid implementation is where we connect to your CRM, inbox, calendar, spreadsheets, or internal systems, scoped to what the use case actually needs.
