AI studio for business owners

Give your business an AI advantage.

Custom AI systems, prototyped before you commit.

Marvy Labs builds AI agents, chatbots, copilots, automations, dashboards, and custom software for small businesses. Start by telling us the use case. We shape a free prototype first, then plan integration only if the prototype is worth bringing into the business.

What we build

AI systems for the parts of your business where speed, accuracy, or scale matters.

Start with a use case. We translate it into the right technical shape: agent, chatbot, document processor, content engine, dashboard, or custom AI software.

Respond

AI agents

Respond to leads, qualify customers, triage support, draft follow-ups, route work, and update business tools with human approval where it matters.

Prototype examples: sales agent, support agent, booking assistant, CRM updater.

Understand

Document intelligence

Turn PDFs, emails, SOPs, forms, contracts, training docs, and messy text into searchable answers, structured fields, summaries, and review queues.

Prototype examples: RAG copilot, PDF extraction, inbox classifier, policy search.

Create

Content automation

Create owner-approved emails, offers, social posts, ad drafts, landing-page copy, review replies, and customer messages from your actual services and voice.

Prototype examples: campaign assistant, review reply queue, offer generator.

Build

Custom AI software

Build private tools that fit your exact business rules when off-the-shelf AI products cannot match your users, data, approvals, or integrations.

Prototype examples: owner dashboard, internal app, quote tool, AI-powered portal.

Free AI prototype

Tell us the use case. We shape the first prototype.

Send the business goal, audience, tools involved, and what would make an AI prototype useful. We decide whether the first prototype should be an agent, chatbot, copilot, automation, dashboard, or custom app.

Brief the studio.

Free prototype · no commitment

Describe what you want AI to help with. If the idea has a practical first test, we create a narrow prototype direction and invite you to a focused fit call.

No passwords, API keys, payment data, or private customer records — start with a description, sample data, or redacted exports.

Sample data firstNo sensitive access for the first prototype review.
Human approvalMoney, disputes, and judgment calls stay gated.
Integration laterNo paid build starts without a written plan.

How we work

From use case to owned AI system.

01

Share the use case

Free prototype request

Tell us the AI use case, current tools, business goal, and what would make a prototype worth seeing.

02

Studio review

Use case, data, risk

Architects and AI engineers check what the system needs to know, where it should act, and where humans stay in control.

03

Free prototype

Prototype direction

We shape a small first version: agent task, chatbot flow, copilot search, dashboard view, or AI-powered app screen.

04

Integrate and own

Fixed-scope sprint

If you like the prototype, we scope the paid build, connect it to the business, document it, and hand over ownership.

Prototype first, integration second.

The free prototype helps you see whether the AI idea is worth bringing into the business. If it is, the paid work is a clear integration plan instead of a vague AI pitch.

Example AI builds

What a first prototype could become.

How a small-business use case becomes a chatbot, agent, copilot, dashboard, or private AI app.

Example 01 · Customer AI

Website chatbot that answers, qualifies, and hands off

Prototype ideachatbot + knowledge base

A first test could answer approved questions, capture lead intent, recommend the right service, and hand off anything urgent or high-value to staff.

Example 02 · Business AI agent

Lead follow-up agent for quotes, reminders, and CRM updates

Prototypeagent + CRM + approval queue

An agent could qualify prospects, draft follow-ups, prepare quote notes, and update the CRM — with final approval staying with the owner.

Example 03 · Knowledge AI

Private copilot for policies, training, and SOPs

Prototypedocs + search + citations

A staff copilot could answer internal questions from approved documents and show the source behind each answer.

Example 04 · Marketing AI

Campaign assistant for offers, emails, ads, and reviews

Prototypebrand voice + approval

An assistant could draft campaigns from service details, local offers, customer FAQs, and owner-approved tone.

Example 05 · Operations AI

Owner dashboard with signals, summaries, and next actions

Prototypedata + alerts + action list

A dashboard could summarize leads, bookings, payments, reviews, tasks, and inventory so owners know what needs attention.

These are example AI systems, not verified client case studies. Real outcomes, screenshots, testimonials, and metrics should be added only with client permission.

Why Marvy Labs

A studio team for AI systems that can actually ship.

Marvy Labs is not a one-person landing page and not a generic agency layer. The studio brings together architects, AI engineers, software engineers, and integration-minded builders with 20+ years of combined IT industry experience.

Solution architects

We map the business use case, systems involved, data boundaries, security risk, and integration path before any build gets oversized.

AI engineers

We design agents, prompts, retrieval, tool use, eval checks, and human fallback so the AI can be useful without pretending it should decide everything.

Software builders

We connect the prototype to real software: websites, CRMs, spreadsheets, inboxes, calendars, forms, payment tools, dashboards, and private apps.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before submitting an AI use case.

What happens after I submit an AI use case?

We review the use case, business goal, tools, data or content involved, timeline, and success criteria. If it looks like a practical prototype candidate, we invite you to a fit call with a first prototype direction.

Do I need to know the exact AI system I want?

No. Bring the business goal: customer support, lead follow-up, booking, marketing, reporting, document search, sales help, or team training. We help decide whether it should be a chatbot, agent, copilot, dashboard, automation, or custom app.

What makes a good free prototype candidate?

A good candidate has a clear user, a real business goal, available sample content or data, and a simple way to judge whether the prototype is useful.

Should I send sensitive data?

No. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment data, PHI, private customer records, or regulated files through the form, email, or WhatsApp. Start with a description, sample data, redacted exports, or sandbox access.

How much does custom AI or software cost?

Every project is fixed-scope after the prototype and discovery. Smaller AI automations usually start in the low thousands; larger systems depend on integrations, data, users, model usage, hosting, and support needs.

Who owns the code, accounts, and data?

You do. The delivery plan is built around your accounts, your data, your documentation, and a clear handoff instead of a permanent dependency. Project data is used only to scope, build, and operate the agreed system — never to train models — and data handling choices are documented before paid implementation begins.

What happens if the use case is not a fit?

We say so directly. Some ideas are better solved with an existing tool, a simple automation, a training change, or a non-AI software build.
