Privacy Policy
Effective July 6, 2026
Marvy Labs ("we", "us") builds AI systems and custom software for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect when you visit marvy-labs.com or contact the studio, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you request a prototype or email the studio, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, company details, and a description of your use case, tools, and goals.
- Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to serve and secure the site.
How we use it
- To review your use case and respond to your inquiry.
- To scope and, if you engage us, deliver your project.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not use the information you send us to train AI models.
Third-party services
The site uses a small number of third-party services that process data on our behalf:
- Tally (tally.so) hosts our project-request form. Submissions are subject to Tally's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google's servers.
- Email you send to hello@marvy-labs.com is handled by our email provider.
What not to send
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment data, protected health information, or private customer records through the form or email. Start with descriptions, sample data, or redacted exports; anything sensitive is handled under a written scope after we've talked.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to evaluate and deliver work, and for reasonable business records afterwards. You can ask us to correct or delete the information you've sent at any time by emailing hello@marvy-labs.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
